Funding structure

Three bands, one ladder

Start where you are today and move up as your records and volumes grow.

Starter agents

Seed grant

Field agents and first-time buyers who can identify farms, record GPS points and move small verified lots. Funding covers scales, moisture meters, drying support and a first working-capital float.

  • Individual agents & farm-gate buyers
  • Training and tooling included
  • Graduates progress into the SME band

SMEs & growing traders

₦10m – ₦50m

Traders and small aggregation businesses already buying beans but capital-constrained. Funding revolves as working capital across buying cycles, with warehouse and quality standards attached.

  • Working capital per buying cycle
  • Warehouse, fermentation & drying upgrades
  • Traceability records required per lot

Established aggregators

₦150m and above

Aggregators with a verifiable trading history — tonnage handled, warehouses, offtake relationships and audited or bank-visible records. Larger revolving facilities sized to proven throughput.

  • Track record and tonnage evidence required
  • Offtake-linked facilities
  • Multi-state sourcing networks

Who we are looking for

  • Operating in or sourcing from any of Nigeria's 18 producing states.
  • Willing to record farmer, farm-location and batch data for every lot.
  • Committed to productivity — improved seedlings, rehabilitation, fermentation and drying discipline.
  • Transparent on volumes, pricing and warehouse handling.
  • Ready to work within an offtake structure rather than opportunistic spot flipping.
